"We are pleased to announce that the Academy of Realistic Taxidermy has generously donated a fox mount for use on our bear avoidance and wildlife stewardship training trail and for classroom presentations.  This is a great addition for our training trail, and will be an excellent teaching aid for learning about what to do during encounters with wildlife and how to enjoy wildlife safely and responsibly, as well as discussions of issues with wild animals in residential areas.

The United Taxidermist Association is helping with grizzly bear mounts for the training trail.  These will be great for review of bear avoidance techniques, review of safety techniques for sudden encounters, and for studying the features that distinguish grizzly bears from black bears.

To learn more about these organizations you can visit their websites:  www.taxidermyart.net and www.unitedtaxidermist.com.  Anyone interested in donating animal mounts for use in our educational programs can contact us at bearinfo@cfwi.org."
